Covid 19 has been very challenging but we've put in place the following protocols to reassure you.

We will, at all times, follow the latest Government guidelines. This may mean cancelling bookings or closing our cottages but in all cases if this prevents you staying with us we will provide a full refund.

To protect ourselves and future guests we are leaving vacated cottages for 3 days before cleaning and a further 3 days before occupancy. This means bookings are being taken on a discretionary basis; please call or email to discuss your preferred dates and we'll do our best to accommodate you but availability will be affected by the departure date of the previous guests.

Each cottage has its own QR code for the NHS Covid 19 app. Scanning the QR code therefore won't associate you with guests in another cottage, however we would ask that if you have guests to visit (assuming guidelines at the time of your stay allow this) that they also scan the QR code for your cottage.

We won't be policing visitor numbers to the cottages, however if it is obvious that you are breaking Covid 19 guidelines we reserve the right to take whatever action is deemed necessary.

We want you to enjoy your stay and will respect your wishes regarding social distancing. If you are most comfortable with no contact please say so and we will avoid calls to your cottage etc.

We ask that if you receive a positive Covid 19 test during or after your stay that you let us know. We're trying to ascertain if a positive test whilst staying with us means you have to remain in isolation at our cottages or can travel home, however if you do need to isolate with us you will be required to pay the rental due on the extra nights of your stay. The rental rate will be 1/7th of your weekly rental rate paid to secure the booking per extra night.

Thank you for helping us stay safe; we'll do our best to ensure you have a very enjoyable stay and look forward to welcoming you to Meadowview Cottages.
